We run a variety of surgeries morning and afternoon, 5 days a week, each Doctor is allocated 10 minutes per appointment and sometimes certain appointments may take longer, please be patient if the Doctor you are seeing is running late.
Morning Surgery usually starts at 8:00am. Afternoon Surgery times may vary but the last appointment is usually 5:50 pm, except on Monday; we have late surgeries on Monday until 8:00pm.
The building is open the rest of the week from 8:00am to 6:30pm daily. We are closed at weekends and Bank Holidays.
Our telephone lines are available from 8:00am to 6:00pm. At 6:00pm all our lines close, after which the Emergency Line 01270 275109 will be available until 6:30pm.
At 6:30pm all our lines close and calls are diverted to the Out of Hours number 111. You will speak to a trained adviser who will ask you a series of questions to help assess your symptoms. You will be directed to the best medical care provider.
To improve our access, we open early from 7am most mornings, late on a Monday evening till 7.30pm and we open 2 Saturdays a month for routine care. These appointments are aimed at people who can’t get in at other times
