Dr Alexander qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2010. She worked in hospitals in Liverpool before moving to the West Midlands for GP training. Dr Alexander completed her GP training in 2015. She has also completed postgraduate qualifications in Dermatology and Gynaecology.
